I am not a whiz when it comes to cheffing but I can follow a simple recipe and am able rustle up some nice baked offerings. To help me to mix the batters and doughs I invested in a hand mixer that came with a couple of hooks and also dough hooks.I do find though that just two whisks, that are used simultaneously, just aren't enough when doing my multilayer creations and, as I hate breaking off to wash things, this listing was the ideal opportunity to get ahead of the game. I took a bit of a gamble because my mixer is not a Kitchen aid, but from the very well presented listing I thought that the whisks had a good chance of fitting my machine. I got lucky!As expected from Kitchen Aid these whisks are well made and sturdy. They should last a lifetime and that is a good thing considering that my excellent hand mixer, that I bought in 2022 and which is giving excellent service to this day, wasn't even twice the cost of these whisks and my mixer came with a set of whisks and a set of dough hooks of comparable quality as well as a stand. What I am trying to say , in this clumsy way, is that Kitchen Aid stuff is expensive. Good but expensive.
