The product is good and receive in excellent condition.Will highly recommend the purchase.However, the capsule is hard to get it from supermart.

Amazing coffee and for the price the machine is so good.Sometimes water may leak a tiny amount at back but it is really good and even nespresso machines leak a tiny amount as well.

Its a great coffee machine but only uses Illy capsules which are very expensive 45p plus each! You can't buy them everywhere and can't ever get them discounted. I love the machine but wouldn't buy again as you are locked in to expensive capsules. I have to order mine online (still at full price) as I can't buy them within my local area.

item was damaged on arrival.seller made every thing very complicated.On return of the item he said it was so damaged he could not resell it.But he had it listed on eBay with out a mention of the so called faults he said it returned with.Amazon had to step in and sort it out thankfully.Wish i had read the feed back from other Byers.
