Ottimo prodotto fornito nella confezione di tre pezzi identici. Facile da usare per l’allineamento dei pistoncini al disco. Non necessario se l’alternativa sono spessori di cartone o di plastica. Tuttavia un accessorio funzionale nell’officina di chi ci sa fare.

Di per sé è un attrezzo ben fatto, facile da inserire e togliere (basta aiutarsi con un cacciavite piatto non troppo grande). Nel mio caso ha risolto il centraggio della pinza posteriore, ma non quello dell'anteriore. Comunque aiuta.

I was not at all hopeful if this will work. I thought it’s similar to using business cards/paper between the pads and rotors but it’s not. It literally works like a magic. Must have for anyone who has disk brakes. Takes a minute to center the rotor between pads. I was so frustrated with truing of rotors, visually making the calipers centered and yet not getting the desired results the first time. This tool makes it a breeze. Especially for bike owners who often remove wheels for hauling or those who use the same wheels on different bikes with different rotors.Buy it you won’t regret

I've previously been using a folded over bit of paper to do this alignment task. But it's more difficult to get inside the gap. So I bought the BIRZMAN clam and it's proved so much easier and faster. Have used it for different rotors for my bike as I have two wheelsets, one for gravel one for road. It works every time and is very quick to do. Just loosen the caliper bolts, slide the clam in place, squeeze the lever and tighten the bolts. Job done in seconds, no annoying rotor rub noises. This pack includes three which is good value for money I think over the competition. One for my jersey pocket, one for the toolbox, and a spare for when I lose one of the others!

I wasn't expecting much with these. I had tried another, more expensive, simliar product before, but it didn't work at all. With this product, (1) I loosened my caliper bolts (2) I put this around my rotor and rolled the caliber and tool in between my hydraulic disc brake calipers. The fit was snug. I need to feed it in between the calipers manually. (3) I squeezed the brake lever and then tightened the caliper bolts. (4) I pushed these out of the calipers. That's it. Perfectly aligned brakes! Took me less than 2 minutes per brake. This was way better than the alternative!

Finalmente una soluzione per centrare le pastiglie freno sul disco. Nel mio caso shimano ultegra. Si aprono i pistoncini, si monta lo strumento sul disco e lo di posiziona dentro la pinza. Si frena più volte e si serrano le viti. A me è andata alla grande. Niente più rumori di sfregamento. Consiglio anche di smontare prima le pastiglie e pulire tutti i pistoncini con alcool isopropilico per evitare il pistone “pigro” o bloccato che dir di voglia.

Non va bene x i dischi con alette di raffreddamento, tipo ultegra o Dura-Ace.
