Hatte schon einige Forstnerbohrer, aber dieser ist extrem. Mit dem Schneckenbohrer an der Spitze kann man punktgenau ansetzen und er wird ins Holz getrieben. Sehr sauberes Bohrbild. Habe ihn für ca. 60 Löcher in Douglasienbalken gebraucht. Ein paar Testbohrungen um ein Gefühl zu bekommen waren wichtig. Das Teil ist kein Spielzeug.

Ich bin begeistert von dem Dewalt Forstnerbohrer! Er ist robust, langlebig und bohrt sauber und präzise. Das Bohrergebnis entspricht immer meinen Erwartungen und das auch noch nach über 30 Bohrungen durch dicke 30cm Balken. Zusätzlich ist der Preis im Vergleich zu anderen Bohrern sehr günstig.Insgesamt kann ich den Dewalt Forstnerbohrer nur empfehlen.

Absolutely better!I have to cut my fair share of holes, this size, in planks (I make bird nest boxes) and using my Hole Cutter, in my standard, no thrills, DIY drill was getting to be the part that I just dreaded! The speed I had to drill at. The crazy uncontrollability of it all. Scary and dangerous!They told me to get one of these.So much more relaxing! I cut fifteen holes, the other day. Never got scared. This thing just has a far more sedate, controlled manner of action. Calm cutting. Rather than Cold Sweat.Why only four stars? That's because of the wear and tear I feel it'll be putting on my drill :( While the edges on this bit feel razor sharp; It seems to be the nature of the design that it carves out big flakes of wood, to embed itself. That takes some torque!I found my DIY drill just couldn't shift it. Had to bring out the Big, SDS beast. (Popped in the regular chuck) And even the big boy didn't enjoy twisting this thing. Maybe I lack technique?Brutally honest? If I had a Pillar or some such, with some guts? I'd be happy to stick with my Hole Cutters. But, I recently looked at Drill Stands and Pillar Drills. Nothing below several £100's is going to do it.For under a score? This is My best bet.

Quasi 25 euro per una sola punta....ci si aspetta che sia di altissimo profilo....beh, non sempre è così, purtroppo. Ruggine dopo nemmeno un giorno fuori dalla scatola, e senza toccare acqua o altro. Punta troppo invadente e lame appena appena affilate. Bah, peccato.....resa subito. Unico puntoba favore è sempre rivolto alla spedizione super veloce.
