折りたたみ自転車カラクルS 451RSをシマノdi2で電動化したのだが、折りたたんで飛行機に預ける際にケーブルとバッテリーの処理が発生して、それが何気に面倒だったので、ケーブルがないワイヤレスで、バッテリーも簡単に外せるスラム化することにした。カラクルSは前後ブレーキがワイヤー式であるため、e bayにてforceのメカニカルリムブレーキ用シフターを購入した。注文から到着まで3週間かかって、関税も払わされた。しかし、シフターとのペアリングは非常にスムーズで、あっという間に終了した。スプロケットはシマノアルテグラ12速をそのまま使ってみたが、シフトチェンジ可能であった。

I ordered it twice, sent back the first order because the XDR adapter, but figured out I could get an HG freehub compatible 12 speed cassette and then re-ordered the derailleur with a flat bar shifter. The setup experience was great once I received the batteries not included. I paid $172 and believe that it was a competitive price compared to 12 speed Shimano mechanical derailleur at the SLX level. Shifting is smooth and there is an app for smart phones that can allow you to sync the shifter with derailleur. I only wish you had 48t capacity!

Part arrived without battery. Had to order separately. Looks nice otherwise. Haven’t installed it yet… since uhh well it’s not useable without a battery. I ordered a charger separately. Knowing I’d need that. Didn’t see any note under description saying you needed to order it individually. I guess its intended as a replacement, and your supposed to buy the full kit. I purchased this for a 1x drivetrain for my time trial bike. So I wanted the click shifters and blip box. Don’t really care about clicks on the bars, but can add those later. Would be nice to have to longer climbs or standing up occasionally.
