These are lovely shoes, however the heel is so stiff, they're a nightmare to break in. I have tried all the usual methods of softening a shoe, but these are having none of it. It states they're leather, but I can't believe it. I have leather shoes and they all soften with steam and coconut oil, but not these. I'll persevere but they're ruining my heels.

These are a fab pair of shoes, a flat ballerina style shoe. There wasnt my size so I picked a 5.5 size, a half size above my own size but with socks on they are a perfect fit too. One shoe has a piece of the piping around the top at the back that is sharp and I've had to cut it and file it down to stop it rubbing. I wear these nearly every time I go outside so they've had a good amount of wear since I've had them.They have a nice spongy base and are so comfortable to wear, like a pair of slippers. I am sure if they had my actual size they would still be as comfortable although wearing socks helps too.

These shoes are absolutely bloody disgusting quality for the price paid. Not only are they not the correct size ordered, but the quality is terrible. There is glue all over the shoe where someone has clearly failed at a repair job, which suggests being preowned (which I have no problem with as long as the quality is good). The insoles are an absolute joke, they are literally branded stickers over a poundland cut-to-size insole, which is not what I expected at all. I am absolutely furious over this, and am sending them back for a full refund. I'll shop elsewhere in the future. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The size and fit of these shoes is OK. They are sized appropriately, and they cover the gaps between the toes so look reasonably smart from a distance. My wife felt that the small metallic tags on the heels didn't add to the style, and would prefer it if they had not been added.The quality of the finish is not great and we feel that up close the shoes look shoddy. There is quite a lot of untidy puckering where the materials are joined, and glue has seeped out in many places. There are also a few marks on the upper material which we can't wipe off.The shoes have quite a strong PVC smell. The product description currently states that the uppers and lining are leather. There are no material labels on the shoes.
