The product itself looked genuine (i did hte authenticity check with the QR code), was properly installed and so far, after 2000km, it looks very good. The problem was that the 4 mounting screws were missing from the box. I informed the seller, they asked me the details of the car and then offered me a refund of 5EUR which i did not accept, as a matter of principle expecting that a BREMBO quality part should justify its name and not have things missing from the box. They finally told me that they cannot send them individually and proposed me to buy them myself and tell them the price. I did so, told them the price (around 6EUR) and said that they should not bother refunding the money, being upset with the situation. Nevertherless, almost 1 month ago they replied back that they will refund me the amount spent (6EUR) which is still pending. Of course I don't care if they do so or not, my problem was not the 6EUR but the time spent exchanging messages with no actual solution by the seller as, looking for the proper screws myself (i had to look for the proper Part Number etc) and finally delaying the replacement of the parts as I had an open observation on the control technique annual check certificate.

I installed these and have a very good first impression. Will update after a few months.
