I bought this pan for making large batches of chutney as the Technical Details quoted the capacity as 10 litres. I haven't used it yet but on the box, the capacity is shown as 10.5 litres (better still) BUT the highest level shown on the graduated markings on the inside of the pot is 9 litres. I already had an 8 litre pot so 9 litres won't help me much. I can see no option to contact the seller and I looked hard before I wrote this review. If you need 10 litres capacity, it seems you won't get it with this pan. I will keep it anyway but I'm reviewing it here for the benefit of anyone looking for 10 litres when 9 litres just won't do.

Désirant me lancer dans les confitures j'ai acheté cette bassine (chaudron) à confiture et j'en suis très satisfaite. L'inox est de haute qualité et mes confitures ont été réussies, l'anse sur le dessus est très pratique .Bien sûr le prix est un peu élevé mais bon il faut savoir ce que l'on veut et j'espère que je vais m'en servir pendant plusieurs années . Je l'aie ramassée dans son emballage d'origine pour en prendre bien soin .J'ai suivi les conseils de ne pas la laver tant qu'elle est encore chaude j'attends donc qu'elle soit bien refroidie pour effectuer les lavages à l'eau tiède liquide vaisselle et sans éponge abrasive évidemment

ottima pentola per marmellata ho risolto il problema delle marmellate bruciate e che si attaccano, con questa pentola basta preparare la frutta accendere il gas e cuocere ha un ottima conduzione del calore, sembrava molto grande al suo arrivo ma in realta è giusta per 6 o 7 kg di frutta pulita, se ci fosse della stessa marca più piccola per quantita minori l'acquisterei subito, il prezzo è elevato ma, la pentola è di ottima qualita e consiglio l'acquisto..

Perfetta per cucinare le marmellate.Non attacca. bella grande e comoda.Forse un po' scomoda la presa per via di un solo manico soprattutto se è molto piena.Cmq consigliata per l uso.l ho comprata anche un po' più piccola x quantità minori
