This clips around the DJI Avata 2 very snugly and has a tactile nice click. The build quality seems to be made out of nice plastic, feels sturdy. It is really quick to remove and put on which I like, and nothing is permeant. We planned to use this for attaching a light on top of the drone. The reason why we removed one star on this rating is because the adaptor that came with it that attaches onto the mount up top, that allows you to thread in accessories, it is not 100% level with the mount. When you attach that accessory the silver threads on the screw are not perfectly vertical but slightly at an angle (very slight). This wont affect us at all since we plan to use light. Could affect an attached camera slightly being slightly at an angle, but also might not be noticeable. Overall happy with this.

This is a snap to install and feels secure. I haven't crashed, but I do wonder how sturdy in a hard landing with a heavy caged GoPro, tho. It has small feet, but the airframe stayed balanced even with a caged GoPro. Flight characteristics will depend on what you're attaching. I haven't yet, but I think I'm going to try an X3 360.Installing is a breeze. I wish other drone attachments were this easy. The mounting fingers fit without having to fight them like some accessories.100% recommended.

It seems a weird use case to add a GoPro to a drone that already has a decent video camera, but if you need that little bit extra from your Avata 2, this little contraption really helps. It fits perfectly - as if it were originally made with the drone, and taking it off is just as simple. It's also great to add some accessories (for instance a flashing light) just don't make it too heavy.
