911 424 024 K shift Coupler bushing kit di riparazione

Purchased these in a pinch to have the shifter assembled and was amazed on how much play there was. There was play from the outer portion as well as the inner. I ended up purchasing another set from dutchparts and fitment was perfect...0 play and can barely get the bushing to fit (like it should be).

The part sits loosely in the coupler ears. The thickness of the delran surface at the splined side is too small. The pin hole bore is the oblong type and allows play fore and aft on shifter throws (the height of the bore isn't very close to the pins OD either). I would not recommend using this. I ended up reusing the old bushing on one side and shimming the URO bushing side to remove excessive play.I will try bronze or Porsche parts next. It is a waste of time to adjust the shift linkage with sloppy bushings.
