You want to test some small breadboard circuits? This is what you need! It does not power big loads, but for some small tests it is utterly helpfull ! I am going to print a little case for it to make it even more handy.

These things are brilliant. Voltage is changed by DIP (not soldering 0804 components) and the DIP positions are silk screened on the back ...And the little Voltmeter is perfect for peace of mind ...The output terminals are solid and are the type where a bolt goes in to a square nut, NOT the type with the foldy bit of metal that always need poking with a screwdriver before you can use it!The additional mini voltmeter in shot clearly needs to be calibrated, so look at the multimeter for a more accurate reading... 0.1V over is never going to be an issue to any electronics, and once the device is under load, that will settle anyway.Even at £4.20 each, these are an easy 5* :)

I have more USB power delivery bricks than I can count, all 65w and higher. I do a lot of random electronic projects and I ran out of USB C trigger boards, especially 12V. I have to microsolder some resistors/capacitors and move them around to change what voltage is negotiated and it was tremendous hassle. These boards solve that and I don't even have to get the multimeter out to check if it's right because of the onboard display. These are a little bigger than I would've liked. These will save me so much time and I don't have to solder at all anymore because of the screw terminals. 5/5 for electronics projects.

This is a great device if you need to fool a USB C power supply into outputting different voltages. Most USB C Chargers need a smart device to let them know how much voltage is required. This circuit board spoofs a smart device, by the user setting the dip switches. If the power supply supports any of these voltages 24v, 15v, 12v, 9v, and 5v then this unit will be able to pass through the voltage specified. I tried this with a 16ft 12v LED strip light and it worked great (see photo)I highly recommend these if you are working with USB-C power chargers, they are very good value for money at 16 dollars for 4 at time of review
