My computer notified that the battery had died, so I replaced it with this battery. With a simple Google of how to replace the battery, I was back in business in no time.

The technician charged me anyway!!Please do not put false information in the product description. All my work is is my laptop and I lost time and money.

The battery was the correct battery for my laptop. It was easy to install with the tools they provided. Unfortunately it's a for sale battery and the battery life is what is advertised unfortunately I should have look for a six or eight cell battery for longer battery life but I don't know if there is one that would fit my laptop I would recommend this company.

I have to say that this is the best company I have worked with on Amazon. I purchased a battery for my laptop and replaced it. It worked fine for about 6 months but then my laptop quit recognizing that a battery was installed. I was sent another without question, and it also held very little charge. At this point it was about 9 months after the first purchase. They asked if I could send the OEM battery to them so they could verify things were correct but I could not so they immediately refunded my money from 9 months before. I bought another replacement from them and have had no issues with it since. I will continue to do business with them without fail.

Had issues with the first one ordered, and it was promptly replaced. Second battery works great and the customer service was excellent!
