Buon kit di estensione confezionato bene istruzioni ben dettagliate l'unico difetto è che il banco è più alto dell'originale cnc non di molto quindi ora devo trovare un spessore idoneo per il piano originale.

I recently received my spoilboard in excellent condition. Inspired by an upgrade I saw online, I opted to enhance my setup by replacing the standard MDF piece. To do this, I purchased 8mm linear rod supports and matching 8mm rods.To ensure precise alignment, I clamped an aluminum ruler to my worktable and attached the linear supports and rods to the back of the two aluminum spoilboards. It's crucial to maintain a seamless connection between the spoilboards and keep the linear supports and rods perfectly aligned.As shown in the photos, the completed board looks great!A helpful tip: you may need to position the linear braces and rods as close to the edge as possible to accommodate the guide rail bearings and lead screw.

Easy to assemble, but the bearings and the nut seat on the 3018-Pro have smaller bolt holes (M4) and narrower hole spacing than provided on the new board. In particular, the holes provided for the nut seat extend beyond the parameters of the nut seat itself.

If you plan on doing the Y axis upgrade to your 3018, then you need to purchase this also. This will install at the same time as the rails and lead screw upgrade to convert your 3018 into a 3040. The install was simple and fast, I'm amazed at how much more Y axis travel it provides. If you only do one upgrade to your CNC, this is the one to do!

Having asked the question before purchase if the extension kit was suitable for my 3018 PROVer, I was assured it would. After assembling the MDF board to the two aluminium plates. First problem was the pitch of the screw housing holes are not correct. Second problem when finally assembled after modifying the board for the holes to line up. The centre screw housing hits the motor shaft collar before the slider housing hit the limit switch;One star for all the trouble and work needed to get a the assembly done which in the end does not work.I have now updated my review to a 5 star.After my initial problem as outlined earlier. I was given full support and even sent a new full kit at no cost to me. Thank you Tech Maker for your immediate response to my rather first review.

Ottimo upgrade ben fatto e robusto. Metto 4 stelle invece che 5 solo perchè essendoci due versioni con attacchi , suppongo differenti, si fa fatica a capire quale sia la giusta versione per la propria 3018. Per il resto, consigliato e soddisfatto.

Set con difetti, come nella versione base il piano non è perfettamente allineato; con questo kit ho riscontrato lo stesso problema. E' più alto al centro e più basso hai lati, la differenza è di circa 1 mm che nel mio caso per fare le schede di elettronica è un grave problema. Il piano tende a piegarsi durante il serraggio delle viti. Alla fine ho optato per una piccola rettifica dello stesso con una fresa per alluminio e aggiungendo degli spessori sui bordi. Ora ho un margine di errore di circa 0,02 mm tra il centro e i lati, verificato tramite comparatore digitale. Giustamente tutta la fresa è stata ancorata ad un bancone di lavoro, per evitare futuri spostamenti della struttura.

Genmitsu è una garanzia per la serietà, il kit è curato nei minimi particolari, dalla vitarella in più agli spessorini per non rovinare le parti in plastica durante il serraggio.L'imballaggio del pacco è superlativo.Spero che aggiungano tutti i loro articoli qui su Amazon.
