BRS 3000T Stufa
La stufa BRS 3000T è estremamente leggera. Pesa solo 25 g. ed estremamente compattoPotente ed efficiente, genera 1940W; bollire l'acqua rapidamente, circa 2 minuti 58 secondi per far bollire l'acqua 1L. Il consumo di gas nominale è di circa 140 g all'ora. Stabile, anche fiamma; regolazione della fiamma liscia. Super facile. Basta tirare fuori le gambe di supporto della pentola e ruotare la stufa sul contenitore. Suggerimento: assicurarsi che la valvola di controllo sia completamente spenta prima di torcere la stufa. Questa stufa è adatta per zaino leggero quando il peso e le dimensioni sono più importanti di alcune caratteristiche.Se siete alla ricerca di una stufa funzionale e ultraleggera, questa è la vostra stufa. Supporto per pentola
Poiché la stufa è così compatta le gambe di supporto della pentola sono più corte della stufa più grande, ma sono abbastanza lunghe per supportare sia le pentole compatte "alte" che le pentole più ampie. Con i vasi più larghi, il trucco è quello di orientare la pentola in modo che il manico sia contro una delle gambe quindi sarà stabile.
Efficienza del carburante
Questa non è una scienza esatta perché quanto carburante è richiesto dipende da molti fattori diversi, ma dalle mie statistiche durante un viaggio medio durante la notte faccio bollire circa 2 litri di acqua per 3 pasti e bevande per 2 persone e questa stufa brucia circa 30 g di butano in 11 minuti per questo compito, che stimerebbe circa 36 minuti di tempo di combustione per un piccolo 10 Tanica da 0 g e 1 ora e 15 minuti di autonomia per una grande tanica da 220 g.
Potenza
La stufa genera 2700W che corrisponde a circa 9200 BTU/ora. Quindi, indipendentemente dalle sue piccole dimensioni la stufa dovrebbe essere piuttosto potente.
Dalla nostra esperienza la piccola stufa BRS porta 2 tazze (~ 0,5 L) di acqua da una fonte naturale (~ 15C/52F) in circa 2'30" a 2'50" a seconda della temperatura dell'aria, della temperatura dell'acqua, del vento, ecc. Uso principalmente un vaso di alluminio largo 1 L con un coperchio e uso un piccolo schermo vento per riflettere un po 'di calore.
Impostazione
Super facile. Basta tirare fuori le gambe di supporto della pentola e ruotare la stufa sul contenitore. Suggerimento: assicurarsi che la valvola di controllo sia completamente spenta prima di torcere la stufa.

I now have 4 of these little stoves! they are cheap, light, durable and work great! I have two jetboils that rarely get used anymore, since these are a fraction of the weight and bulk. A Nalgene bottle full of water, a Nalgene "canteen cup", a spork, this stove and a small 3.9 oz fuel canister makes for a very small, effective package. Boil water for your mountain house meals, or make a cup of trail coffee. A small 3.9 oz fuel canister and this stove will fit inside a Nalgene canteen cup, with room to spare for coffee packets. Buy one for all your packs!Last note: there is nothing the more expensive "big name" stoves do, that these little stoves don't do equally well.

This is one of the models that sets the standard. It does require you to bring a lighter or other ifnition source but thats the price of the weight reduction.

I've used this BRS3000T stove on two backpacking trips to date. Thus far it has been an excellent stove considering the price of less than US twenty.Pro: Tiny, lightweight, inexpensive. I use it to boil over 1L of water at a time in an 8" wide pot.Con: Tiny pot support arms; you really have to make sure larger pots are centred. The flame is quite localized; probably not so good for thin pots if you are cooking food not just boiling water.Gear comparisons available on-line suggest 1) this stove is less efficient (uses more fuel per litre of water boiled) and 2) it is not good in wind compared to way-more-expensive name brand stoves.Overall: I have no problems recommending this BRS for shorter trips with fewer people where the small weight (and emissions) of a little extra fuel consumed per meal is of negligible concern and/or where wind is not much of a concern. I use it with an 8" wide pot, but many people will find the tiny supports too small for such a large pot. I use it with a wind break.If you intend to use it with a DIY or store bought heat shield be aware that such practice is not recommended by stove manufacturers due to the safety risk, and make sure you don't let get the fuel canister get hot.Comparison: For longer trips with more people and/or use in persistently windy areas, I have a Soto Windmaster which cost ~4x the price, weighs an oz or two more, and is more bulky - but it is more efficient, better in wind, has 4 very long support arms for far-better pot stability, and has a built in ignitor. I am happy I have both stoves to chose from.
