Thermal Fuse Characteristics:
It consists of a sliding contact, a spring, and an electrically nonconductive thermal pellet.Before the thermal fuse is activated,current flows from the left lead to the sliding contact and through the metal housing to the right lead.When the external temperature reaches a predetermined temperature, the organic matter meltsand the compression spring becomes loose.That is, the spring expands and the sliding contact is separated from the left lead.The circuit is opened and the current between the sliding contact and the left lead is cut off.

Onderdeel is gebruikt om een koffiezetmachine te herstellen. Het prettige was dat het onderdeel geleverd werd met montage stukken.

Meine Krups F30908 ProAroma Kaffeemaschine (gekauft 06/2021) hat gestern früh den Dienst quittiert: der Ein-/Aus-Schalter leuchtete zwar, jedoch heizte die Maschine nicht und es wurde auch kein Kaffee gekocht. Filter und Pulver blieben trocken - die Kanne blieb leer und kalt…Der Fehler war schnell analysiert: die Thermosicherung am Heizelement, versteckt in einem roten Schlauch hatte vermutlich aus Altersschwäche ausgelöst (kein Durchgang messbar). Also habe ich mir dieses Set bestellt und mit der Crimpzange und den mitgelieferten Hülsen die Thermosicherung ersetzt. Im Testlauf habe ich die Maschine gleich mal entkalkt. Meine Kaffeemaschine ist nun wieder bereit für die nächste Runde!Kann dieses Set empfehlen und würde es wieder kaufen , habe jetzt aber noch 9 Sicherungen auf Lager. Ob die Maschine wohl so lange durchhält…?
